Body (with black):
1. Ch 1, 6 sc in ring
2. 2 sc in every st (12 sc)
3. 2 sc in every 2nd st (18 sc)
4. 18 sc
5. 2 sc in every 3th st (24 sc)
6. 24 sc
7. 24 sc
8. 24 sc
9. 24 sc
10. Sc every 3th and 4th st together (18 sc)
11. 18 sc
12. Sc every 2nd and 3th st together (12 sc)
Stuff the body.
13. Sc every 1st and 2nd together (6 sc)
Fasten off. Thread the yarn tail onto a tapestry needle, close the hole by inserting the needle through the front loop of each stich around the opening. Pull the tail to close the hole. Weave in end.
Legs (make 8, with black):
1. Ch 15.
1. 14 sc
Fasten off. Sew the legs to the body.
Eyes (make 2, with white):
1. Ch 1, 6v in ring
2. Sc 2 in every 2nd st (9 sc)
3.9 sc
4. Sc every 2nd and 3th st together (6 sc)
Fasten off. Thread the yarn tail onto a tapestry needle, close the hole by inserting the needle through the front loop of each stich around the opening. Pull the tail to close the hole. Weave in end.
Embroider with black the pupils to the eyes. Sew the eyes to the body.
Cut 12 strands of black yarn of about 4 cm. Put a knot at the end of the wires. Pull the wire through a space between the stabbing where the knot can go through and then insert the needle through a small plug so the wire is firmly seated. Do this with all threads. Cut the wires then approximately 1.5 cm from the body off.
Pull the ribbon through the stitches on the top of the body and sew the ends together.
